Rank Structure

Rank has two parts. Your MAJOR rank comes from your reasoning score (LRS); your MINOR rank is earned through proven positive contributions in each expertise. Rank is assigned by the Collective on demonstrated capability — never claimed, never purchased.

Entry major rank. Every qualified member begins here.

STANDARD T4

LRS ≥ 120

Demonstrated stronger reasoning across your work.

SPECIALIST T3

LRS ≥ 140

High reasoning capability in your expertise.

ARCHITECT T2

LRS ≥ 160

Shapes design and direction in your expertise.

COUNCIL T1

LRS ≥ 180

Highest tier; rolls up at the field level for governance.

Minor Rank — earned through proven positive contributions

PROVISIONAL

Qualified

Newly qualified in an expertise; contributions not yet proven.

JUNIOR

≥ 5

At least 5 proven positive contributions in the expertise.

INTERMEDIATE

≥ 20

At least 20 proven positive contributions.

SENIOR

≥ 50

At least 50 proven positive contributions.

MASTER

≥ 150

At least 150 proven positive contributions; highest trust.

Proven positive contributions are added to your count; proven negative contributions are subtracted. Advancement is earned, and all activity is observed.

Classification tiers: T6 PEOPLE (LRS ≥ 80) · T7 Infant / Minor / Student · T8 Drone / Criminal. These are assigned by the Collective from age, standing, and conduct — not earned ranks.
